·      We strive to maintain the accuracy of client information and will promptly respond to questions or concerns our clients may raise in this regard.

·      Each of our employees with access to client personal information is bound by our strict code of confidentiality.

·      We expect all of our service partners and service providers to adhere to our code of confidentiality.

 

Information Handling

Except as set out below, we agree to keep all information received from you confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services.  This obligation of confidentiality will not apply where:

(a)   you have given written permission otherwise;

(b)   disclosure is required to satisfy legal obligations or regulatory requirements;

(c)   disclosure is normal to insurance industry practice, for example, to insurers or prospective insurers;

(d)   we have assigned, novated or sub-contracted the services (or any part thereof) in which case we will make the recipient aware that the information is confidential;

(e)   such information is in the public domain;

(f)   the information is rightfully in our possession other than as a breach of any obligation of confidentiality.
